Installation
Installed via Steam using Proton 9.
Issues
- Videos not playing:
- Install Winetricks and use it to add LAVFilters for proper video playback.
Graphics Configuration
- Added dgVoodoo2 wrapper with the following DLLs:
* `D3DImm.dll` * `DDraw.dll`
- Set DLL overrides in Wine configuration to ensure dgVoodoo2 is used.
Audio Configuration
- Placed DSOAL in the game folder to restore EAX support.
- Override `dsound` using Wine configuration.
- Moved remaining DSOAL files to `APPDATA\Roaming` as required.
Tips
- Always test after each change to isolate what improves compatibility.
- Keep a backup of your working configuration in case updates break functionality.
